Cancellation Policy
If you are 15 minutes late we will immediately cancel your appointment and your deposit will be lost.
NO SHOW: If you are a no-show, your deposit will be lost and 30% of the service will be charged automatically
RESCHEDULE: In the event that you need to reschedule your appt, in order to keep your deposit, you must reschedule 24 hr prior to your appt time.
